Refund Terms for Scalemate Services

We, Scalemate Services Private Limited, operate as a startup consultancy and advisory firm based in India, specializing in professional guidance and support for startup ventures.

We explicitly declare that we are an independent consultancy service provider and maintain no formal affiliation, collaboration, or association with any governmental or non-governmental agency, institution, organization, or department.

Payment transactions for our services are accepted only under the entity name Scalemate Services Private Limited.

Payments are accepted exclusively through current accounts via NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or digital payment platforms such as CashFree, Razorpay, and HDFC Bank payment links.

We do not process payments through personal accounts or under any other name.

At Scalemate Services Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. If a client decides not to proceed with our services after payment has been made, we offer a transparent refund policy.

If a client requests a refund within 7 (seven) days of payment and before any services have been rendered, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

The refund will be processed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of the refund request.

We believe in upholding high standards of integrity and accountability in all business dealings, including refund transactions, so clients can interact with us with peace of mind and confidence.
